Surrounded by a lovely garden, the villa boasts large, well equipped terraces and a beautiful overflow, saltwater pool offering enchanting views over the countryside and the sea.
Accurately and lovingly restored by the owner, the dwelling preserves its original character and charm. Palmento La Rosa retains its architectural features, such as the original ceiling beams, lava stones and terracotta floor tiles. The split-level interior includes a large, spectacular living area (the former millstone), a modern, well-equipped kitchen and four cosy double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.
