Holidaycasa Piki is a 40 sqm apartment. It can accommodate up to 4 people. We are located in via I ripa, in the heart of the historic center of Sperlonga. The house offers a Caribbean and relaxing atmosphere as the house is all exposed to the sea. From the house with a five-minute walk you can reach the historic square of sperlonga where you will find bars, restaurants, conads and all the services you will need, and with five minutes you will find yourself immersed in the magic of the famous "belvedere" terrace through which you will arrive at the sea
The apartment is on two levels, as soon as we go up to the second floor, in a condominium context, we find ourselves in the living room consisting of a masonry sofa (two singles), bed if necessary, furniture with a flat screen TV, a table for 4 people and a perfectly organized wooden kitchen, moreover the room has two light points that overlook the sea, ideal for sea view lunches in complete tranquility
Moving from the living area and climbing a flight of stairs completely finished in bricks, we arrive in the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom and a perfectly organized bathroom, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
The master bedroom overlooking the sea, has a large size bed and a wardrobe with wooden sliding doors, all a stone's throw from the center and the sea so you don't have to move by car and enjoy a stay between sea and nature in total relaxation

A letteralmente due passi dalla pizzetta principale di Sperlonga alta, questa casa custodisce una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla spiaggia dove si trova la grotta di Tiberio.

This house is sanitized according to the law. ✔ Holidaycasa Sebastiano is a small apartment located 60 meters from the sea equipped with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. On the mezzanine floor, with an independent entrance, as soon as we enter the entrance door we find an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a dining table for four people and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, going towards the sleeping area we have a double bedroom with bright window and bathroom with shower. Holidaycasa Sebastiano is equipped with internet access, flat screen TV, bed linen, towels for the bathroom. From holidaycasa Sebastiano with just a few minutes it is possible to fully enjoy Sperlonga which is not only sea but also history and culture in fact it is possible to visit the archaeological museum and the ruins of the Roman villa of Tiberius.3 reviews

Discover the charm of life in an authentic seaside village with our studio apartment for four people in the historic center of Sperlonga. Holidaycasa Lavinia is a modern and comfortable 25 m2 apartment that has been designed to guarantee a pleasant experience and maximum comfort during your stay. A few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, with a central location that allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the alley of Sperlonga, it is about 300 meters from the beach by taking a stroll on our beautiful belvedere terrace. The studio flat is located in via Lebina, near the "Mar Vino" bar. As soon as we enter there is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The walls are painted white and there are two large windows which give a great brightness and a fantastic exchange of air. There is a living area with a sofa that seats two and a table. The mezzanine sleeping area, height of about 1.40 meters, with a double bed. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower. Overall, the studio is a cozy and functional place, perfect for four people.1 review
