Holidaycasa Mirella is a characteristic and ancient property located in the village of the historic center of Sperlonga and is one of the typical houses with wooden beams. The apartment is about 130 square meters with a beautiful panoramic terrace.
The property can accommodate up to 6 people. We are located in via III Orticello n ° 4, near Piazza della Repubblica, it is in a very quiet, quiet and central street. The house offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
Palazzetto terra / cielo is set on 3 levels, as soon as we enter the large wooden door we see a typical staircase where we find a built-in kitchen, fully equipped, with a beautiful and ancient bread oven, going up we find, on the right, a large room with two single beds, a balcony overlooking and a bathroom equipped with shower, going out we have another double bedroom with cooling penguin, great for refreshing the bedroom, bathroom with tub and window to illuminate the room. Going up to the top floor of the accommodation, we immediately find on the left a large living room with an ancient fireplace and offers a comfortable chest of drawers for two people. On the right we have a bright living room and a lovely and habitable terrace with table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners in company, with the sound of the sea.
Holidaycasa Mirella has internet connection, complete bed linen, towels for the bathroom, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and three fans in the rooms (kitchen, bedroom with single beds and living room).

I diversi ambienti, suddivisi nei vari piani, permettono di godere in tranquillità ad ogni abitante il suo spazio. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato il salone doppio, ottimo per dei momenti ludici, di relax e di lettura, e l’accogliente terrazzino con una vista mozzafiato, dove abbiamo consumato rinfreacanti colazioni e visto emozionanti tramonti sul mare. Posizione così centrale da poter raggiungere in pochi minuti qualsiasi servizio e, in brevi passeggiate, i migliori lidi di Sperlonga. Molto pulita. Consigliatissima anche con bambini (noi ne abbiamo due di 7 anni). Torneremo sicuramente. |
