This beach house is a 40 sq m apartment. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps away we find the former historic church of Sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, besides the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, CONAD and all the services you need.
