This beach house is a 40 sq m apartment. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps away we find the former historic church of Sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, besides the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, CONAD and all the services you need. The apartment presents as soon as we enter a very bright room thanks to its exposure to the sea, immediately on our right there is the bathroom with shower perfectly organized, going down two steps we arrive in the room with mezzanine, comfortable as a closet, where there is a sofa bed , plus an extra bed (camp bed), a table for 5 people, a built-in kitchen, complete with everything you need, and a 32 "flat screen TV.
