holidaycasa Joseph is a comfortable three-room apartment, for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and parking space. the house is all furnished with modern style furniture and offers ample space and three comfortable terraces perfect for spending pleasant moments of relaxation in the company of relatives and friends. This holiday home offers 70 square meters of non-air-conditioned living space, but the apartment remains very cool as it is located in a well-ventilated area, and we will also put two fans at your disposal, so as to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment gives a very fresh atmosphere, thanks to the size of the rooms and also the colors of the furnishings together with the windows and French windows also make it very bright.
The apartment is accessed through a condominium entrance, and upon reaching the first floor we are immediately in front of the entrance.
The living area, which we find immediately as soon as we enter, provides us with a dining table for 6 people, a sofa bed and an equipped wall. Always from here by opening a French window you can take advantage of a comfortable terrace to spend pleasant moments of relaxation . Casa al mare Macca is a characteristic apartment of 60 sqm very bright. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via Primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps we find the former historical church of sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, in addition to the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, conad and all the services you need.

Holidaycasa Chris is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, located in the most exclusive position of Sperlonga, just 20 meters from the sea. This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. as well as a convenient parking space
In a side street on the Sperlonga seafront, and more precisely in via Antonio la rocca 6, we find this fantastic building where we find holidaycasa Chris. As soon as the car is parked, in the place reserved for holidaycasa customers, we go up to the second floor and open the door we immediately find ourselves in the large and bright living room thanks to the different points of light all overlooking the sea that the house offers.
From the living room you can already see the open kitchen complete and equipped with everything you need, from here as from the living room through a French door you can easily access the terrace, furnished and with a magnificent view of the sea and the entire coast, perfect for breakfast with friends.
Continuing then we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one double with king bed and one twin with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
