Casa al mare Macca is a characteristic apartment of 60 sqm very bright. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via Primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps we find the former historical church of sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, in addition to the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, conad and all the services you need.
The house presents as soon as we enter an entrance that welcomes us into the house, going down it and going down two steps we arrive in the room with mezzanine, convenient as a closet, in the room you will find a sofa, a table for 5 people and a built-in kitchen, complete with everything the necessities, a sideboard and a 32 "flat screen TV.
Moving from the living area we head into the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom a double and a perfectly organized bathroom.

Abbiamo prenotato presso questo appartamento proprio io giorno prima di partire. La posizione della casa è proprio al centro di Sperlonga paese, in mezzo alle stradine e tra i piccoli negozietti e gli archi che caratterizzano Sperlonga. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano,, ci sono delle scale da fare ma anche i bambini non hanno avuto nessun problema a salire e scendere.
La casa è molto curata, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e c'è anche la lavatrice, molto pulita, abbiamo trovato biancheria profumata, ciabatte, kit di accoglienza al bagno, kit per lavare le stoviglie. Il bagno un po piccolino ma comunque per fare la doccia dopo una giornata di mare è più che abbastanza. Siamo rimasti folgorati dalla vista meravigliosa della porta finestra nel.salone che si affaccia proprio su una parte di Sperlonga e sul mare. Da li in questi tre giorni ho visto i più bei tramonti della mia vita. Personale gentile e disponibilissimo, due ragazzi giovani con tanta voglia di fare e tanto garbo. Ci hanno consigliato spiagge e ristoranti e risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta, sempre col sorriso. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura. |

As soon as you enter there is on the left a bathroom equipped with shower and on the right a finely finished open space divided into a living area with lounge, and the dining area with a kitchen and a dining table, from the living area by opening the French door you reach the small terrace with a view of the sea, perfect for having a peaceful breakfast. Returning from the living room and walking towards the sleeping area we find two bedrooms, one double with a small balcony and a bedroom with two single beds.
