Casa al mare Macca is a characteristic apartment of 60 sqm very bright. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via Primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps we find the former historical church of sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, in addition to the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, conad and all the services you need.
The house presents as soon as we enter an entrance that welcomes us into the house, going down it and going down two steps we arrive in the room with mezzanine, convenient as a closet, in the room you will find a sofa, a table for 5 people and a built-in kitchen, complete with everything the necessities, a sideboard and a 32 "flat screen TV.

This street is located in the authentic and vibrant heart of the historic centre, easily accessible on foot.

If you arrive by car, we recommend temporarily parking near Largo Municipio 1 or in one of the public car parks nearby, and then continuing on foot towards the office (about 3 minutes' walk).
