I diversi ambienti, suddivisi nei vari piani, permettono di godere in tranquillità ad ogni abitante il suo spazio. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato il salone doppio, ottimo per dei momenti ludici, di relax e di lettura, e l’accogliente terrazzino con una vista mozzafiato, dove abbiamo consumato rinfreacanti colazioni e visto emozionanti tramonti sul mare. Posizione così centrale da poter raggiungere in pochi minuti qualsiasi servizio e, in brevi passeggiate, i migliori lidi di Sperlonga. Molto pulita. Consigliatissima anche con bambini (noi ne abbiamo due di 7 anni). Torneremo sicuramente. |

Casa al mare Macca is a characteristic apartment of 60 sqm very bright. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via Primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps we find the former historical church of sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, in addition to the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, conad and all the services you need.

Holidaycasa Chris is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, located in the most exclusive position of Sperlonga, just 20 meters from the sea. This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. as well as a convenient parking space
In a side street on the Sperlonga seafront, and more precisely in via Antonio la rocca 6, we find this fantastic building where we find holidaycasa Chris. As soon as the car is parked, in the place reserved for holidaycasa customers, we go up to the second floor and open the door we immediately find ourselves in the large and bright living room thanks to the different points of light all overlooking the sea that the house offers.
From the living room you can already see the open kitchen complete and equipped with everything you need, from here as from the living room through a French door you can easily access the terrace, furnished and with a magnificent view of the sea and the entire coast, perfect for breakfast with friends.
Continuing then we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one double with king bed and one twin with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
