Holidaycasa della Nonna is an apartment of 60 square meters with a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the famous corner beach with the famous Emperor Tiberius' villa at the bottom. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is in a central position, in via Tiberio which connects the historic center with the beach. The house offers a fresh and relaxing atmosphere also due to its terrace located on the upper floor. Very close to all the services that Sperlonga offers
The apartment presents as soon as we enter a large living room with sofa bed, dining room and kitchenette all with large windows overlooking the sea which makes it very bright airy and panoramic, while on the right the flight of stairs takes us to the upper floor where we find a nice bedroom, bathroom with shower.
From the bedroom by opening a glass door we reach the 10sqm terrace completely overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing moments. From the house you can reach the beach in just 10 minutes.

Il mare domina su tutti gli ambienti e la vista e il cuore si riempiono.
Casa posizionata molto bene sul sentiero di Ulisse che porta in spiaggia in pochi minuti a piedi consentendo di rientrare anche per il pranzo .

Arredo particolare e chic, cucina a vista comoda e accessoriata dal bollitore alla lavatrice. Un posto dove rilassarsi al centro di Sperlonga. La consiglio vivamente. |

Si potrebbe rimodernare qualcosa senza perdere il fascino dell'arredamento vintage che la casa possiede (zanzariere e cucina). Non so se, vista la posizione, sia migliorabile la wifi che comunque spesso funziona bene, altre volte meno.

La casa è veramente bella con il terrazzo e le finestre che affacciano sul mare , poi è in posizione strategica perché è a venti metri dalla piazzetta (pur essendo fuori dai rumori e dalla confusione) e a cento metri dalla spiaggia. Arredata con gussee more

Arredata con gusto tipicamente mediterraneo e correlata di tutto il necessario.
Abbiamo passato due settimane magnifiche. A noi è piaciuta molto, sicuramente torneremo. |

The mezzanine sleeping area, height of about 1.40 meters, with a double bed. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower. On the mezzanine floor, with an independent entrance, as soon as we enter the entrance door we find an equipped kitchenette, a living room with a dining table for four people and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, going towards the sleeping area we have a double bedroom with bright window and bathroom with shower. Holidaycasa Sebastiano is equipped with internet access, flat screen TV, bed linen, towels for the bathroom. From holidaycasa Sebastiano with just a few minutes it is possible to fully enjoy Sperlonga which is not only sea but also history and culture in fact it is possible to visit the archaeological museum and the ruins of the Roman villa of Tiberius.3 reviews
