This beach house is a 40 sq m apartment. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps away we find the former historic church of Sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, besides the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, CONAD and all the services you need. The apartment presents as soon as we enter a very bright room thanks to its exposure to the sea, immediately on our right there is the bathroom with shower perfectly organized, going down two steps we arrive in the room with mezzanine, comfortable as a closet, where there is a sofa bed , plus an extra bed (camp bed), a table for 5 people, a built-in kitchen, complete with everything you need, and a 32 "flat screen TV. Moving from the living area we head to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom The master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe with two doors and a wooden dresser. This house is very cool during the summer and has heating and a fireplace for the colder periods so you can enjoy Sperlonga both in winter than in summer.

In the heart of Sperlonga mare we find a cozy attic that immediately gives its guests the feeling of intimacy and well-being, consisting of a lounge, independent kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The apartment measures 50 square meters and is located on the third floor of a building without a lift in a quiet and private residential context. Internally composed of a comfortable entrance to the living area, kitchen and convenient hallway that allows us to access the sleeping area divided into two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms have windows positioned on the sloping roof or on the sides in order to illuminate the level below with natural light. The light that filters through the windows and the blue sky that opens above the heads give a particular charm by creating a relaxing environment where to take refuge after a long day at sea.
The house is equipped with internet access, flat screen TV, bed / bathroom linen and also in the small hallway we find an air conditioning split.
The area is of great value, not far from the sea and well served by commercial activities, pharmacies and various services.
