Located in the most exclusive area of Sperlonga and in a seafront position, holidaycasa Cynthia is a charming apartment with 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for 6 people.
We are located in via II Romita n ° 6 one of the most central streets of the town and 100 meters from the sea. as soon as we enter and park the car in the car park reserved for guests, we reach the first floor and here, as soon as we enter we find ourselves in the entrance and then immediately in the large hall, which is very bright thanks to the two large light points. From the hall through a French window you can access the balcony furnished with a table and two chairs to enjoy a good morning coffee.
Sempe in the living area, separated from the living room, we find the new kitchen complete with everything you need to be able to cook, even from the kitchen you can access the terrace.
In the apartment you can breathe a fresh and relaxing atmosphere thanks to the exposure of the house, you have numerous light points in every room and the air conditioning that allows you to cool on the hottest days. The interior decoration is functional, new and complete with everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday.
Leaving the kitchen and along a comfortable corridor we reach the sleeping area, with two bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
Holidaycasa Cynthia offers a flat screen TV, wi-fi service, bed linen for each room and towels with shampoo for the bathroom and complete air conditioning in order to keep the house always fresh. Outside the condominium, on the other hand, you will find a parking space reserved for guests of the holidaycasa so you can rest assured and move completely on foot.
The location of the house is strategic in a radius of 50 meters you can reach bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and above all the sea.
