Villa Panorama is an ancient villa, carefully restored. It has a large furnished garden and a spacious solarium. It is equipped with every comfort: Sauna, A/C in every room, daily cleaning service included (midweek linen change) and daily breakfast (on request, not included in the price). It's in a really convenient location: within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a grocery store and the beach is a 20 min walk away.

The villa is organized on three levels, one of which is independent from the main complex and accessible only from the outside (DEPENDANCE):

Villa Panorama is located in the center of Praiano - east side, in a pedestrian area, close to restaurants and shops. It is accessible via a short pedestrian path and a flight of approximately 30 comfortable steps. Private parking is available on request (for a fee), located about 200 meters from the property.

• 1 supermarket "Tutto per Tutti"
• Local bus and SITA bus stop

Villa Cimino is a recently renovated villa: it boasts terracotta floors and majolica bathrooms. It enjoys a privileged position, not far from the center of the country, albeit quiet and reserved. It consists of two independent units, each with a sea view, which can also be booked individually. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. Each room is equipped with a / c and heating system. The view of Capri and Positano, with the sun until sunset is breathtaking.

The villa is on two independent levels, accessible only from the outside:

FIRST FLOOR (CIMINO A):

• Living room with double sofa bed (bed size 160x190)
• Fully equipped kitchen - sea view, with table for 4 people (with dishwasher)
• 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with private bathroom and sea view
• 2 complete bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom)

SECOND FLOOR (Cimino B), accessible only from the outside:

• Kitchen, sea view, fully equipped - with dishwasher;
• Large living room, sea view, with dining table for 6/8 people

• 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with sea view

Villa Cimino is located just above the famous church of San Gennaro, on the path that leads to the Path of the Gods. The quickest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, through a walking path alternating with about 70 steps. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the center of Praiano via a flight of approximately 200 steps. The private parking is about 650 meters away, subject to charges. Otherwise it is possible to park in the public parking lines about 200 meters away. It is possible to book a luggage service (for a fee).
