Spread over two floors, the villa cosy, tastefully furnished interiors are equipped with Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, satellite receiver, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor is the sleeping area with three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms and a sitting room. On the first floor, accessible also from outside, are an elegant living room with fireplace and a bright, well-equipped kitchen, overlooking the large panoramic terrace through wide glass windows. The villa location, besides being practical for reaching the beach on foot, is ideal for exploring the area and the towns of Agrigento with the majestic Valley of the Temples, Realmonte’s Scala dei Turchi, Sciacca, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, Modica and Ragusa.
