This beautiful terraced house is located on one of the avenues that line the lakefront of Bolsena. Its lakefront position allows you to enjoy every single day of your holiday in the comfort of easily reaching both the lake and the center of Bolsena. The house is located in a private dead end street, which guarantees you complete peace of mind even though the house is located facing the lakefront!
Distributed on one floor, it has 2 bedrooms, a large open space that encloses the living room and kitchen, and a bathroom.
Outside, on the other hand, we find a well-kept and large garden, in which beautiful flowers bloom. Small dogs (up to 5kg) are allowed on request.
The garden furniture is completed by a table with chairs, in which to enjoy meals and two sun loungers for sunbathing.

Ein zweiter Schlüssel für das vordere Tor, das stets abgeschlossen sein soll, wäre hilfreich. Lediglich Wein/Sektgläser und ein Kochlöffel haben wir vermisst.
