This spacious and bright apartment is located in a residential area of Venice, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city like a true Venetian, and thanks to the outdoor space, it will allow you to enjoy the warm sunny days in the privacy of your home.
The apartment is arranged on three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is carefully curated in every smallest detail and finely furnished, and features a private elevator to comfortably reach the upper floor of the house. With underfloor heating, air conditioning, washer and dryer, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, television, electric mosquito repellent devices, iron, as well as all the appliances in the kitchen, it will allow you to feel at home but in a unique setting like that of Venice.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is an additional living room with a large kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, accessible only by stairs, there is an attic room with a double sofa bed and a desk.
Just 10 minutes away from Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta Dei Ormesini and Fondamenta della Misericordia. Additionally, the Jewish Ghetto is only 5 minutes away, and there is a large supermarket just 50m away.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax will be requested, which amounts to 5€ per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the credit card details of the guests will also be included as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.

If you want to be tucked away from things - this is a great unit. Just be prepared to walk 20-30 mins to get to some of the main attractions, laundry service, etc. Shower was great and overall the unit is simply beautiful with plenty of space for a fsee more

The AC is set to 76 degrees Fahrenheit and won’t go any lower so you will be sweating it out in summer. Some of the interior doors are warped and coming off the hinges given the humidity. Mosquitoes are apart of the experience.
