Accommodation of 80 m², with nice living room with terrace overlooking a quiet communal pool and the beach in the background.
It has two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, a bathroom and a cosy living room. It can sleep up to four people.
Magnificent accommodation just a stone's throw from the beach, ideal for families and with everything you need for a great holiday, both short breaks and long stays on the beach. Perfectly equipped with, communal pool, parking almost always available outside the accommodation, iron, hairdryer and 1 Smart Tv.

Recently renovated kitchen, American style, fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Las Burras beach is located in the coastal area of the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in the south of Gran Canaria, one of the most important tourist resorts in the Canary Islands. It is a very popular beach, but its 300 metres in length and 110 metres in width allow you to rest comfortably in a hammock, sunbathing or relaxing under the umbrella. The beach is sheltered by a breakwater, making it safe and quiet, ideal for children to enjoy. Precisely for this reason, this cosy beach of toasted sand is one of the favourite beaches for families.
This beautiful beach of fine sand is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The beachfront apartment was a hidden gem. Great place to rest. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants. For the more adventurous kite surfing school and a dive school were also a short walk away.

Loved this accommodation, and so unbelievablyclose to the beach. Great kitchen and very comfy beds, the balcony was a fantastic sun trap which was perfectly angled to protect us from the windy weather which was an added bonus. supermarket and bike resee more

Die Wohnung ist super direkt an der Promenade mit Blick auf Strand und Meer gelegen. Ca 300 m zum Shopping Centre. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Keine Liegen um sich z.B. am Pool zu sonnen. Behandlung von Reklamationen sehr zögerlich und Bearbeitung manchmasee more

Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Telefon immer sehr freundlich, aber wenig effizient.29 Stufen von der Straße zur Wohnung können hinderlich sein. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen tollen Urlaub und haben für 2023 wieder gebucht.

The accommodation consists of 45 m², has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It has a garden of 20m2, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings or sunbathing.
It is located 50m. from the sandy beach "San Agustin", with very easy access. Ideal for family holidays.

The American style kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, although with small waves, which maintains all the characteristic advantages of accommodation and services, but it is also very quiet because it is less crowded. Even its nights are placid as they lack the typical hustle and bustle of a tourist area. The beach of San Agustín is perfect for relaxing for days at a time, but if its calmness is not enough, just a short distance away is one of the largest thalassotherapy centres on the island.
On its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, there are also many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. The place also has sun loungers and parasols for rent, lifeguards, showers, free parking and connection with the Maspalomas bus network.
