Right next to the beach like a 2min walk, and very close to loads of restaurants. My only small area of improvement would be some better knives in the kitchen for cooking, current ones were a bit flimsy and made prepping food quite hard. We hired a car for the duration of the day and the host set us up with a local car park which was 3 min walk from the apartment. €60 for 2 weeks parking, this was a blessing because parking in the streets is impossible.

    located at a beutiful play ground. Side view to the beach and the promenade. Nice spacious and clean appartment. The lift was just perfect for surfing gear and trolley. Highly recommended.

      This wonderful holiday flat of 179 square metres with a terrace of 15 square metres overlooking the beach of Las Canteras, in a modern and elegant style, is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the sun and in front of the sea. It is located on the Las Canteras promenade, a pedestrian area, five metres from the beach on the top floor of the building.

      The property is managed by Canariasgetaway, visit our own website to keep up to date with the latest news, reviews, experiences and special offers.

      When you enter the building, you have to climb six steps to reach the lift, when you reach the top floor there are 14 steps to reach the fabulous penthouse. Upon entering, you will notice a bright living room with large windows that allow natural light to flood in. The neutral tones and contemporary décor create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The dining room features a large dining table with six comfortable chairs, as well as comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island,

      The fully equipped kitchen is elegantly designed and features modern appliances such as a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. It also features an island and large bar with four comfortable stools. Guests have everything they need to prepare any kind of meal and enjoy them in the adjacent dining room, which offers a cosy space to gather around the table and overlooks the sea.

      Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and plant, where cleaning supplies and products are also stored.

      The property has two air-conditioned bedrooms, both presented in a modern and comfortable style. The bedrooms are furnished one suite with double bed (1.60 meters wide), dressing room and bathroom and the other with two single beds (0.9 meters wide each) with quality bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. In addition, there are fitted wardrobes providing ample storage space.

      Between the two bedrooms there is a living room with a large and comfortable double sofa bed (1.50 metres) and Smart TV, which can be used as a third bedroom.

      There are two elegant marble bathrooms, equipped with shower trays, WC, bidet and double washbasin, large mirrors, hairdryer and a complete set of soft and fluffy towels.

      One of the outstanding features of the holiday home is its private terrace of 20 square metres, with outdoor furniture, sunbeds included, where guests can relax, lie in the sun and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea, the beach, the sunset and the island of Tenerife, with its majestic volcano of Teide, Spain's highest mountain.

      The location is top, in a pedestrian area, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. In addition, the beach is 10 steps away, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sea and the sand.

      Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, which stretches across the bay.
      Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. It is the place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
      It is also a large marine life reserve.

      Comfortable and centrally located holida home, in the city centre of Las Palmas, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, with capacity for up to 5 people. Ideal for families.
      The accommodation has lift, unlimited internet access - Wifi, hairdryer, 3 TVs and radio.
      Fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle.

      The house is located in the city centre, with all the services that a big city like Las Palmas has to offer and just 800 metres from the fantastic and emblematic Las Canteras beach, considered one of the best urban beaches in the world.

      Located next to one of the most emblematic parks in the city: Parque Santa Catalina, an example of life on the edge of the street. It is home to the Science Museum and the Miller Building, which hosts cultural activities. Santa Catalina Park is also the nerve centre of the Carnival events and the Theatre and Dance Festival held in the summer months.
      In addition, less than 100 metres away, the Parque Marítimo del muelle de Santa Catalina is an authentic viewpoint to enjoy the stay of the large tourist cruise ships in the Port of Las Palmas; a solarium or water front, which is suspended above the sea, divided into two levels with a grandstand and a ramp that connects them, in a space of 1,262 square metres. A glass railing on the sea side, as well as a fountain on the ground at the top of the esplanade, have turned this facility into a pleasant meeting place to enjoy the port landscape.
