The farm Melona by Lake Bolsena is a wonderful front-lake estate with a private beach!
Relaxation is guaranteed for you and your family! Mom and dad can relax on the terrace while children are playing on the huge garden or on the beach, which is only 60 meters away.
It is a big farm with 5 apartments and a small suite. So whether you are coming for a vacation with your own family, with granny and grammie, or a group of families, for a romantic weekend, or a getaway among friends, this is your destination.
The apartments were carefully restored in 2015, they are all furnished with great care and attention to details. Thanks to purification system „BIO³Gen“ (natural purification and disinfestation with ozone) every apartment is also suitable for people with specific allergies.
The holiday home Tinia is an indipendent house, separate from the other apartments. It is just few meters from the beach, and it has a big balcony with breathtaking view overlooking the lake where you can enjoy the sunset drinking a glass of a good local wine.

Der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse ist nicht ausreichend. Die Schränke haben nur Kleiderstangen, keine Schubladen oder Fächer. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein mit offenem Eisfach, zu klein für 2 Personen. Es sind sehr wenig Töpfe und überhaupt kein Kochgerät für den Backofen da. Die Duschköpfe im Bad sind verkalkt, es ist keinerlei Haltegriff oder Ablage in der Dusche. Es gibt keine Gartensessel mit Tischchen, keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, nur große Tische mit Stühlen. Wir werden wegen der tollen Lage trotzdem wiederkommen, dann aber ein anderes Appartment mieten und Ausstattung mitbringen. |

This beautiful holiday-home near by the lake is the perfect accommodation for 6 persons. The accommodation of 95 m² on 2 floors has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a very nice ample and spacious living-room with open fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with terrace. The beautiful house is newly constructed and located near the beach, It has views to the garden. The bathing beach and the lake you can reach in just 250 m / 3 min!
Further equipment: garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, central heating, parking space (2 seats) in the same building, tv, satellite (Languages: English, German, Dutch, French). The kitchen, of butane gas, is equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
The house is located 250 m from the lake, 4 km from the city "Bolsena", 4 km to the supermarket in "Bolsena" and 25 km from the next golf course in "Acquapendente". The next airport is in Rome just 120 km, 18 km train station in "Montefiascone", 200 m bus station in "Bolsena".
Bolsena is a small dreamy Italian place with many small, romantic restaurants and very tasty dishes, a dreamlike beach promenade to walk in the evening and taste the delicious wine of the area. In the near of Bolsena you can find very great attractions like Etruscan and Roman excavations, the Museum of Bolsena, the famous church of Santa Cristina and last but not least the famous "Civita di Bagnoregio" (just 15 Minutes by car)!

"Il Boschetto" is a beautiful holiday house, only 350 m from Lake Bolsena and its beach, just for you alone!
It has a beautiful large garden with a charming view of the lake. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the sunset over the lake and just relax. Ideal for families with children: thanks to swing and slide in the garden, children can play here right.
Other equipment: garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, central heating, parking, TV. The kitchen is equipped with gas, refrigerator, oven, freezer, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils. Free use of a washing machine.
The house is located 1 km from the beach of Lake Bolsena, 4 km from the town "Bolsena", 4 km from the supermarket in "Bolsena" and 25 km from the nearest golf course in "Acquapendente". The nearest airport is in Rome only 120 km, 18 km station in "Montefiascone", 200 m bus station in "Bolsena".
Bolsena is a small dreamy Italian place with many small, romantic restaurants and very tasty dishes, a fantastic beach promenade where you can stroll in the evening and taste the delicious regional wine.
