The apartment consists of two living rooms with sofa beds and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and one double bedroom.
The building has a communal terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with an enchanting view of historic buildings and passing gondolas. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. This bright apartment, furnished with classy furniture, warm wood colors and exposed beams will frame your wonderful holiday in Venice.
You'll be a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square and the Frezzerie, the luxury shopping area. At 350m you can admire the particular Contarini del Bovolo staircase and with a few more steps you will arrive at the majestic Rialto Bridge. In addition, there are many vaporetto stops that will take you both to the Santa Lucia train station, the airport and Piazzale Roma, and to the other islands of the lagoon.

The apartment is on the third and last floor of a historic building near Campo Sant'Aponal, a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge. It is located in the San Polo district, 3 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and its market, and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. A few steps away are also the Rialto and San Silvestro vaporetto stops that connect Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma.
