It is situated in an excellent starting point for exploring the city as it is near the Piazzale Roma vaporetto stop that will take you everywhere, from Rialto and St. Mark's Square to the Lido beaches or directly to the airport. Moreover, it is walkable from the Piazzale Roma car parks in one minute without crossing bridges and from Santa Lucia train station in 3 minutes on foot.
The Santa Croce Sestiere, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find the Coop supermarket 20 metres away.
It consists of a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, there is a paid luggage storage that may be useful in case of early arrivals or departures after check-out time.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. Two comfortable apartments located in the heart of Venice, in the San Polo district. They are ideally situated, in a quiet, practical spot, just a few steps away from the San Silvestro vaporetto stop and from Rialto with its lively market. Carefully restored and furnished in typical Venetian style, the apartments are on the upper floors of an old building and have a separate entry from the flats on the lower floors. The smaller apartment, Rialto Due, is on the second floor and includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The Terrazza apartment is on two floors and can accommodate up to four people. On the third floor are a kitchen, two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a bathroom with shower. On the fourth floor with sloping ceilings there is a living room with dining area. This room gives access to a private, small terrace equipped with garden furniture.
