The property is located in Campo San Zan Degolà, a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both the train and bus stations. The main attractions of Venice, such as St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, are reachable with a pleasant walk, making the accommodation the perfect solution to experience the city in complete comfort.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. This place is amazing. Yes it is very expensive. But you get what you pay for. From the train station you take a private water taxi and have them bring you around the island. And then they drop you off directly in front of the apartment. sorry VILLA!see more

It is located 50 m from the "Arsenale" vaporetto stop that connects Marco Polo Airport (VCE), Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma. Its location allows for great tranquility but at the same time is optimal for moving around the city, being just a few minutes from the Biennale Gardens and the historic center (St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge).
