Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.

Two comfortable apartments located in the heart of Venice, in the San Polo district. They are ideally situated, in a quiet, practical spot, just a few steps away from the San Silvestro vaporetto stop and from Rialto with its lively market. Carefully restored and furnished in typical Venetian style, the apartments are on the upper floors of an old building and have a separate entry from the flats on the lower floors. The smaller apartment, Rialto Due, is on the second floor and includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The Terrazza apartment is on two floors and can accommodate up to four people. On the third floor are a kitchen, two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a bathroom with shower.
