The area offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants, but if you prefer to dine in the privacy of your home you will find a supermarket 250 m away.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. In 6 minutes, you can also reach St. Mark's Square, and in 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazzale Roma and the Railway Station. In the immediate vicinity, there are also Rialto vaporetto stops for the airport or other islands of the lagoon.
The apartment features Venetian and wooden floors that pleasantly contrast with the modern design of the furniture.
