You will be able to see in particular St. Mark's Basin, the islands of Lido, San Servolo, San Lazzaro degli Armeni, San Giorgio, which hosts Cini Foundation and Compagnia della Vela (among the oldest and most picturesque yacht clubs in the world) and Giudecca, as well as Punta Della Dogana, the extreme point of Dorsoduro District (home to the Pinault Collection), the beginning of the Grand Canal and the St. Mark's bell tower.
It will be possible to organize unforgettable lunches and dinners, especially during the Redeemer and New Year's festivities, during which you can admire the spectacle of boats and fireworks over the lagoon. For a stay focused on comfort, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking utensils, dishes and dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and television. It also has a second terrace at the back and a room used as a walk-in closet, convenient for storing clothes and luggage.
A 5 minutes walk away, you can find a well-stocked supermarket. Near the building is located the Arsenale vaporetto stop, convenient for connections with Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Rialto and Marco Polo Airport (VCE) and a water taxi stop.
