Delle vere e proprie sciccherie in bagno con accortezza per dei kit con saponette, shampoo, lametta e servizio di cucito con ago, filo e bottoni. Casa era super pulita e sul letto abbiamo trovato le ciabatte di carta e i nostri asciugamani. Mi sono sentita subito coccolata e in mood vacanziero. L'appartamento e' adatto sia alle coppie che per 4 persone. Super vicino al mare! 2 minuti a piedi veramente...

L'unica pecca era la mancanza di aria condizionata! C'era un ventilatore non troppo funzionante, ma il ragazzo dell'agenzia si e' offerto di cambiarlo. Bastava chiedere :)

In the quietest area of the Old Town and 50 meters from the central square we find Holidaycasa Martina and it is a very comfortable apartment on the mezzanine floor all on one level with a bedroom and a bathroom.
The holiday home is about 55 m² with high attic and wooden beams. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers a fresh atmosphere thanks to the ventilation of the alleys. As soon as we enter the door, on the mezzanine floor, we find a large living room with an ancient fireplace and a dining table for 4 people, two sofas to relax in the flat screen TV, on the right we have a small fully equipped kitchenette.
Going to the sleeping area we find a very spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The holiday home has 1 flat screen TV, full bed linen, bathroom towels, a kitchen equipped with washing machine.
Holidaycasa Martina is 50 meters from the square where you will find bars, groceries, restaurants and shops. Sperlonga also offers a beautiful terrace which is 5 minutes from the apartment where you can enjoy a beautiful view and hear the sound of the sea8 reviews -

For rent delightful two-room apartment a few steps from the sea as follows: living area equipped with everything needed with sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.
The entrance leads directly into the living room which is the fulcrum of the housing unit. A small hallway connects us to the bedroom and bathroom, distinguishing the rooms well, overcoming the limits of the reduced size. Although minimal furnishings are functional with neutral shades. The brightness of the apartment is guaranteed by the large windows with access to the balconies.
