Holidaycasa Nick is a fantastic fully sea view apartment with one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates a maximum of four people. The design interiors, high-level finishes throughout the house combined with the beautiful sea view balcony create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. After exploring and discovering the various values of Sperlonga, we reach the entrance of our accommodation, which like the entire house has a sea view. As soon as we enter, we find ourselves in the living room from where we access the convenient balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, the wonderful port of Sperlonga, the Grotto of Tiberius and the famous Torre Truglia. The living area is divided into three areas, living room, fully equipped kitchenette with everything necessary to enjoy experimenting with Mediterranean flavour dishes, and a comfortable sitting area. Everything has been designed to optimise all spaces to have the maximum possible comfort inside. The sleeping area, approximately 1.40 metres high, accessible via a masonry staircase and designed to accommodate 4 people between a double bedroom served by an exclusive bathroom for this floor, two beds or for convenience and privacy, the sofa bed in the living area is offered. Holidaycasa Nick makes available to its guests a fully air-conditioned environment, television, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen for each room and towels with courtesy kit for bathrooms. This house is perfect for fully experiencing Sperlonga, its historic centre and the sea which is approximately 150 metres away.

In the quietest area of the Old Town and 50 meters from the central square we find Holidaycasa Martina and it is a very comfortable apartment on the mezzanine floor all on one level with a bedroom and a bathroom.
The holiday home is about 55 m² with high attic and wooden beams. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers a fresh atmosphere thanks to the ventilation of the alleys. As soon as we enter the door, on the mezzanine floor, we find a large living room with an ancient fireplace and a dining table for 4 people, two sofas to relax in the flat screen TV, on the right we have a small fully equipped kitchenette.
Going to the sleeping area we find a very spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The holiday home has 1 flat screen TV, full bed linen, bathroom towels, a kitchen equipped with washing machine.

Holidaycasa Lavinia is a modern and comfortable 25 m2 apartment that has been designed to guarantee a pleasant experience and maximum comfort during your stay. A few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, with a central location that allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the alley of Sperlonga, it is about 300 meters from the beach by taking a stroll on our beautiful belvedere terrace.
The studio flat is located in via Lebina, near the "Mar Vino" bar. As soon as we enter there is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The walls are painted white and there are two large windows which give a great brightness and a fantastic exchange of air. There is a living area with a sofa that seats two and a table. The mezzanine sleeping area, height of about 1.40 meters, with a double bed. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and has everything you need to cook. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower. Overall, the studio is a cozy and functional place, perfect for four people.1 review
