In the quietest area of the Old Town and 50 meters from the central square we find Holidaycasa Martina and it is a very comfortable apartment on the mezzanine floor all on one level with a bedroom and a bathroom.
The holiday home is about 55 m² with high attic and wooden beams. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers a fresh atmosphere thanks to the ventilation of the alleys. As soon as we enter the door, on the mezzanine floor, we find a large living room with an ancient fireplace and a dining table for 4 people, two sofas to relax in the flat screen TV, on the right we have a small fully equipped kitchenette.
Going to the sleeping area we find a very spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The holiday home has 1 flat screen TV, full bed linen, bathroom towels, a kitchen equipped with washing machine.
Holidaycasa Martina is 50 meters from the square where you will find bars, groceries, restaurants and shops. Sperlonga also offers a beautiful terrace which is 5 minutes from the apartment where you can enjoy a beautiful view and hear the sound of the sea

Siamo stati benissimo! Jessica e Jonathan sono stati gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento era molto carino, completo di tutto, fresco anche di giorno (e c'era comunque un grosso ventilatore a disposizione) e soprattutto pulito. Vi abbiamo soggiornatsee more

L'appartamento era molto carino, completo di tutto, fresco anche di giorno (e c'era comunque un grosso ventilatore a disposizione) e soprattutto pulito. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in quattro: due adulti e due ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo anche per quel che riguarda gli spazi. La posizione dell'alloggio e' ottimale, vicino alle discese a mare di ambo i lati e nel cuore del centro storico.

Sistemare il bagno per quanto riguarda le prese elettriche, migliorare la rete wi-fi che aveva una banda molto limitata.
