This beach house is a 40 sq m apartment. We are on the second floor of a historic building located in via primo orticello, immersed in the alleys, a few steps away we find the former historic church of Sperlonga, now deconsecrated, but with great historical value. In the house you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and going out just five minutes, besides the sea, you can reach the historic central square where you will find bars, restaurants, CONAD and all the services you need. The apartment presents as soon as we enter a very bright room thanks to its exposure to the sea, immediately on our right there is the bathroom with shower perfectly organized, going down two steps we arrive in the room with mezzanine, comfortable as a closet, where there is a sofa bed , plus an extra bed (camp bed), a table for 5 people, a built-in kitchen, complete with everything you need, and a 32 "flat screen TV. Moving from the living area we head to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom The master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe with two doors and a wooden dresser. This house is very cool during the summer and has heating and a fireplace for the colder periods so you can enjoy Sperlonga both in winter than in summer.

Holidaycasa Brandy is a lovely apartment on 1 level, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is all done with good taste with large panoramic windows, large wall all worked in bricks, large furnishings and quality finishes throughout the house. This holiday home, with its own entrance, offers 60 sqm of living space.
Entering the main door, we find a fully equipped and habitable kitchen. Walking along, large living room and a cozy balcony overlooking the sea to enjoy a good coffee with the scent of the sea. The comfortable lounge invites you to enjoy the flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a wooden dining table for 5 people. The designer furniture is perfectly inserted together with magnificent paintings throughout the house.
Continuing, we find a bathroom with a shower and a comfortable sink. We arrive in the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double with bathroom and a single bedroom.
