Holidaycasa Villa Leo is a villa located in the new area of Sperlonga, on two levels, about 350 meters from the sea.
As soon as we enter through a private gate there is a large garden, which gives us access to the property, with all the accessories to relax in the sun and enjoy a good breakfast in the morning.
Opening the door we find a large living room with an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Going up to the second floor we have two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Holidaycasa Villa Leo is equipped with a flat screen television, air conditioning, complete bed linen, towels for each bathroom and parking.
With only 10 minutes walk to the seafront where you will find restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
