Holidaycasa Civita is a comfortable two-room apartment for four people, in via Giosa n ° 4, located a few steps from the square, shops and restaurants. This holiday home is located on the 1st floor, all on one level with a lounge, mezzanine, bedroom and bathroom.
Entering the condominium door, located on the 1st floor, entering we find a large living room with a small balcony overlooking a pretty alley, a kitchenette equipped with everything needed to enjoy a nice lunch or a nice dinner with friends; Near the kitchen you will have a small Sperlong-style laundry room, with a washing machine and an antique sink. The apartment offers a lovely sleeping mezzanine with a comfortable double bed for two people.
Continuing towards the sleeping area we have a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a bright bedroom. Holidaycasa Civita has full bed linen, bath towels and an equipped kitchen.
Very close to the holiday home we find the Wine Bar "Mar Vino" which is a typical evening entertainment venue. Holidaycasa Civita offers a walk in the alleys of the historic center and within 3 minutes of the apartment you will find shops and restaurants and at 150 meters the beautiful beach, where in addition to the sea you will find other shops and fun games for children.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi... Mi è stata confermata la presenza di un bidet e nell' appartamento oltre a non essere presente nessun bidet la tavoletta del WC rotta, la tenda della doccia gialla e con la muffa intorno! Lavatrice non funzionante. Posizione scomoda per chi ha bambini piccoli come nel nostro caso!!! Visto il prezzo di affitto trovare un bagno poco funzionale soprattutto con dei bambini ê veramente deludente, soprattutto perchè dovrebbero essere il luogo di igiene e di pulizia massima
